I placed an order for pipe tobacco on 2/8/10. It is now the 21st of February and I'm still awaiting shipment.
This company has not responsed to e-mails regarding the delivery status. They have been extremely unresponsive. Their website provides order status information: i.e. order number, product, quantity, payment method, and carrier used for product shipment (US Postal 3-7 business days) but no date as to when or if it was even shipped.
The term "customer service" is an egregious and inappropriate use of that word when it comes to Oklahoma Outlet.
I've learned my leason.
