I received a wire transfer to their financial institution from my friend.  After i sent them the SWIFT copy of the transfer they found the money and added them to my account. After 20 minutes the funds were blocked and they asked for a photo of me holding my passport and some numbers.

I have sent them my passport and utility bill and confirmed my address by receiving their mastercard and they now ask for photos of me which is so very private information.  On their terms and conditions they never say anything about this only:

A: Incoming wire transfers are automatically funded in a hold status because of security reasons. As soon as the transfer is cleared and confirmed operation status will change to completed. Just allow some time for Financial Department to complete the operation. In some cases be ready to provide a bank wire trasnfer receipt or the most recent bank account statement.

When i asked them to refund the payment they say they can't do that, in a word a Total RIPOFF
