old Republic Home Warranty Warranty is a Scam!!! Go elsewhere, no real coverage! San Ramon California
This scam of a company tries to tell you they can respond in 48 hours to any incident. They also tell you they will reimburse you for work done in an emergency but then claim they can get the work done for 10% of the actual cost and only reimburse that much. A $700 plumbing job with 3 quotes at that price and they offer to pay $120!!!
They should be ashamed of themselves and I. Hope they rot in hell.
