Be carefull if you're trying to buy a puppy from Olde Bull Kennels.  I put a $350 deposit on a puppy when the puppy was about 1-2 weeks old. I asked Jessica to send me pics of the puppy every week, as I was ecstatic about owning my first dog. about 3 weeks past by and no pics of the puppy.  She finally called me and said the puppy was sick and that she was unable to sell me the puppy. At that time, she said I can use the deposit for another puppy or she will reimburse me the full deposit. I looked at other puppies she had, but didn't like any.  After numerous phone calls to Jessica, about returning my $350 deposit, she became beligerant and dowright mean.  Needless to say, she tried to intimidate me by having her friend call me and pretend she was the police and said that I need to stop calling Jessica or they, the police, would press charges against me for harassment.  I asked the lady to give me her badge number and when she couldn't provide one, she finally admited she was a friend of Jessica's who just tried to intimidate me by pretending to be the police.  I say this to anyone who's thinking about buying a puppy from Jessice - BE CAREFUL because this is not the type of person you want to do business with.

Sincerely

Darius Mixich is your name and you sent me a deposit on 3/27/08, you sent me a deposit of $350,  4/7/2008 I called you and told you this puppy was shaking (what seemed to be shaking puppy syndrome but later we found it to be infection) and I wasn't at the time not sure how he was going to be, I suggested we wait a few weeks and see how the puppy does as I at this point hadn't even taken him to the vet yet because it had just started.   At this time I told you that you could  wait to see how the puppy does or choose another puppy, deposits are not refundable but they are transferable(You also signed the contract stating you understand the deposit is Non-refundable), this is standard practice that all breeders follow, if I have other puppies to offer you then I will transfer the deposit if something happens to the pup you have choosen, you don't have to choose one of the puppies available at the time but you would have to wait til another litter if you so choose, the only time any deposit, that is why it is called a deposit would be refundable is if I would never have another puppy to give you. I did not send you pictures directly you are correct, but pictures where posted on our website of your puppy and you were notified that I updated the website so you could see the pictures of your pup. I also sent you pictures and video of the "shaking puppy."  On April 10th 2008 You notified me that you would not accept another puppy, because they did not have the exact markings you wanted your dog to have and only the "shaking puppy" had them and he had something wrong, at this time I told him the deposit was non-refundable again but I would transfer it and if he didn't like any of the (3) litters we had at the time then he would have to wait til another litter, or he could wait to see how the puppy he had chosen turn out, the vet was unsure at the time exactly what was going on but the puppy was being treated for an infection. After April 10th, you became completely irrational sending me emails that were threatening and blackmailing me if I didn't return your deposit, and just plain acting like a child, I STILL HAVE COPIES OF ALL OF THE EMAILS IF ANYONE WOULD LIKE TO VERIFY I AM TELLING THE TRUTH.  Long story short, the puppy got sick, I offered another puppy and he wouldn't take it, I offered a pup from a future litter he wouldn't take it, I offered him to wait to see what we find out on the original puppy, which was treated for an infection and fine by April 28 2008, and he didn't want it, he became irrational and acted like a child, if it were not for the extremely childish behavior of this man I would still stand good on tranfering the deposit.  The police did get involved but not because it was a friend it was because he would not stop with the emails and you know I never heard from him after the police got involved until today 2 YEARS LATER?.  Deposits are never refundable with any breeder unless another puppy cannot be offered, its posted on my website an he signed the contract stating he understood that which I have a copy of also. Darius why did you wait 2 YEARS to do this?

I have purchased a puppy from a upstate New York breeder who purchased the dog from a Ms. Jessica Alexander. That being said  I need to tell you I have been a Law Enforcement Officer in excess of twenty years  and now am retired. I have had numerous conversations with Ms. Alexander as I purchased my puppy at thirteen months of age and was very anxious to see some puppy pictures of her . Ms. Alexander was most cooperative as well as knowledgable and spent a long time conversing with me about my puppy. I can state with confidence that the character of Ms.Alexander is certainly not as you have described,I am well aware that a story always has two sides ,however your rendition sounds much like a fairy tale from Grimms, just read it ,do you think it makes any sense? I can safely state that this little puppy dog has had nothing but love and care since day one given to her from both breeders. Jessica Alexander has given me the confidence that I would not question her call on purchasing another puppy over the phone, certainly I would have no reservation's in fowarding her a deposit of any size required. This comes from twenty plus years of reading people and I do need to tell you this would not be a tough call.

Old Bull Dog Kennels /Jessica Alexander typify the dog people I would choose to do business with. As stated before I believe something got lost in your transaction and I'm sure it is something with your apology could be rectified leaving you a happy camper as I am.

I might add in closing Old Bull Dog Kennel puppys are most definatley the best bred Ihave everseen in being a dog owner in excess of 37 years.
