Complaint Review: Oliver Bowen - Juneau Alaska

I still can not beleive, that Oliver Bowen is still on the internet make people PAY. I still want to know When,..... you OLIVER BOWEN are going to pay me back the money you owe me. Folks I am telling you this guy is Bad NEWS, so not do any business with this guy. he takes your money and then runs. I do beleive that one day, Oliver will get what is coming to him. I am putting together all the information I need to have this guy taken away and locked up for scamming people, this Process takes time. But I am willing to wait. Oliver, is still a liar and a cheat, there are several others out there that will attest to this.. More than half of what Oliver says is not the truth... I did in fact send him a necklace that is indeed worth $300.00.. I also paid Oliver another 20 to install a scripted that was never installed on my site. What Oliver did not tell you is, that he used someone else Paypal Account to send me money.. So that I could send it to him, Because his Paypal account was shut down by paypal for Allegedly scamming others.. All of the money that Oliver sent me to send him was Charged back to the Persons Account that Oliver said he Permission to use ( I do not know why anyone would give out there information), Leaving me Owing Paypal well over $700.00+ Oliver you know you owe me a Lot of money so Stop Denying it. Not only do I now owe Paypal as well as my Bank, I also have to pay my son back for the money he sent you Oliver as well as my Friend.. Oliver said he needed the money to buy food and get stuff for his baby.. Oliver if you are such a Great Programer and such why can you not make it on the internet then? I will tell you why. Because he uses people for money, Oliver gets what he wants, and lets US the people that paid him suffer. I am just about done with the information to finish fileing a Criminal Complant, I just have a couple of things left that they require... Oliver, Has burned to many people, and he has chosen the wrong guy this time. Oliver, had Promised many things to me as well as others and never follows through.. He always says we got time. He makes up excuses like I have never seen anyone do, he just can't do what he says. What he does not understand is that the people he is doing the work for does not have the time, otherwise they would have done it on there own. Oliver is a Person that is very unstable in his life.. Never knows where he is going to be.. On day he is at his mothers the other day at his girl friends house, etc. This guy Oliver has a lot of DRMA in his life I believe he is a very bright Programmer but not a very bright business person.. I have a lot of people on my side on this one, and I welcome any LAW Suite that you want to bring on. I have not Slandered you or your character. That all speaks for its self. Oliver, think about what you have done to me and 100rds of others, that is way worse than anything I could ever do or say to damage you. Oliver, Said I need Prescription pain killers I know that is a lie, I did not tell him anyone had cancer and would not be able to work any more, again all lies. Oliver just likes to make things up so people will fell sorry for him and to make himself look better in others eyes. Oliver I am not slandering you I am just letting the truth be told, by the way if you want to sue me you better sue the 100rds or so others that have said the same thing about you on other forums.. And You know who they are.. Just because I am bring more light about you to others you think I am Slandering you, that could be farther from the truth.. I am just letting the WORLD know that you do not do what you say, and that you take there money, and then never talk to them again. Tell them how many times Oliver I have sent you email's and Privet messages, phone calls and you have not responded. WHY? Because all you wanted is OUR MONEY. I did everything you ask me to do. And more, much more than you EVER thought about helping me.. And now looks who is paying for it.... ME! And I do not like it.... Oliver do not try and put a turn on this and try and make me out the bad guy cause that is just not true and you know it. Oliver, you are not the VICTIM here I AM!. Mark Oh Oliver you want this to go away.. No problem, PAY UP!

I feel I have a right to defend myself before I start looking for a lawyer to sue Mark for slander and defamation of character. Sometimes when you do business on the net you run into people who are what you call "emotional vampires". I would classify mark as one of these people. I posted an offer at a popular webmaster forum, advertising my ability to build a complete web site system complete with ecommerce software, etc, and help the client to create their own product. Then we were to use various sites, media, etc to promote the product, and build up a double opt-in list of buyers who requested further information on top of the product purchase. The fee was $297. mark didn't have the money so he asked me if he could send me a $297 necklace through the mail as payment for the program. I accepted. Upon further investigation I found out that this $297 necklace he sent me was in fact worth less than $30. I was disappointed that I would let myself be taken like this, but mark told me he needed $600 for prescription pain killers for pain he was having. I said I'd try to help out, but I couldn't promise the $600. I asked Mark to send a family member of mine some paypal funds through Western Union. he agreed, and I sent him about $350, hoping he could Western Union $300 to my family member. Mark called me and said the transfer didnt go through and that western union had frozen the funds for 1 week or so at which time they would be released. Since mark was hurting so bad I decided to give him the $300 and we agreed to move forward as friends and business partners, effectively voiding the contract, ( not considering of course the $30 necklace he sent me ). Mark told me a family member of his was diagnosed with cancer and wouldn't be able to work anymore, and since mark was out of work due to disability issues, and was on heavy pain medication, he wanted me to help him build an online business, after he had opted out of the $297 paid program. I agreed, but when I started receiving 50-75 calls a day saying I owed him thousands of dollars because he was losing his house because of me, I decided to cut our relationship off. Mark was not responsible for his own bills, mortgage, etc and put on me the responsibility to save his house and family. Mark, please stop this public slander and defamation of character, if you spent this much time and energy into creating your own product to market online, you'd have saved your house already. Also, the $297 necklace ( which turned out to be worth less than $30 has been mailed out & returned to you and effectively terminates any paid business contract we have entered in together. )
