I recently purchased items from Omega E Supplements and had a good experience, although they do seem to be behind or slower than I am used to. When I did not receive the package or notification of mailing for a week after my internet order, even though my credit card had been charged, I began to worry when I saw this rip-off report. There are indeed many rip-offs out there. I immediately emailed the company on the weekend and received the tracking number the following Monday morning. The package had already been sent and I received it the next day. I ordered on January 9 and received the package on January 20. I think they are a small company and may get behind, but in the end all was well and they were responsive to my inquiry. With great prices on the natural skin care products I ordered, I will certainly use them again.

Although you seem not to be in doubt of any of your information, it is incorrect. First of all, we are not associated in any way with Vitamin Health and Diet or vhadc.com. Secondly, you were not ripped off. Your contacted us and, in a quite rude and offensive way, told us that we were lying about everything. Your products were shipped, even though you said they weren't. We issued you a refund the day of your contact after recalling your shipment, which you also told us that we were lying about. The truth is that, as with any business of our size, we were a bit behind from the holidays. We did send your items out late and, when requested, issued you a refund the same day you requested. You did say that you would post a message if and when you received a refund, but have failed to do so. Should you rebutt this, I can certainly post the proof that it was issued before you wrote this report. As for our references being false, we have shipped over 10,000 orders in the past 6 months to everyone from consumer advocates to elected officials and regular people who just want a good price. Yes, we will get some wrong. We do everything possible to satisfy our customers and since we are a small family group, we may miss something from time to time or be slow in getting back to someone. The scourge of the internet is that someone like you has the ability to throw these comments out, whether they can be substantiated or not, and attempt to ruin someone's business. We invite our 2800 registered customers to post comments here, or anywhere else about the service we provide.

Hello, I have received corespondence from someone (they NEVER leave their name) at Omega E Supplements identifying their phone number as 201 654 3596. They have promised a refund but have given no timeframe or information regarding the refund. The phone is busy and goes to voice mail. This is the same phone number associated with the Vitamin, Health and Diet Center (www.vhadc.com) and when you google this phone number, it is also associated with the Super Nutrition Mart (http://www.supernutritionmart.com) that coincidentally is also located in Fort Lee, NJ. So it appears that VHADC, OmegaESupplements & Supernutritionmart all bill your credit card under the name of Healthy Choices in Fort Lee, NJ. These are all the same people. Furthermore, the whois internet information is identical for all 3 websites (vhadc, omegaesupplements, supernutritionmart) as well. I will continue to post if I recieve anymore information and/or an actual refund from the company.
