Omni Care is a company using fraudulent business practices to get service companies and skilled craftsmen like HVAC, refrigeraion, electricians, plumbers, etc. to do work for national stores and promises payment in 30 days, but payments are not made or made extremely late, but rarely are you paid in full.
Omni-Care recently used a number of Ohio HVAC companies to do work for Pet Supplies Plus and did not pay for expensive HVAC jobs, while they collected full payment from Pet Supplies Plus. Pet Supplies has since fired Omni-Care, but the people who did the work and put out the money for the parts haven't been paid, only Omni-Care and the owner/manager Neil Ford made money on our work.
Neil Ford is the manager/owner of Omni-Care and has been reported to the Attorney General in Ohio and Florida where company is located. Omni-Care also operates under the name, Service Anywhere.
Omni-Care is being sued by many companies over the U.S., but continues operating. A Better Business Bureau national alert appears online for numerous reports of non-payment. Google Omni-Care Group to read the alert. Companies that use Omni-Care have their stores liened often due to non-payment for work by Omni-Care. That is the case in Ohio.
OHIO ALERT: Omni-Care is currently (March 2015) calling more Ohio HVAC companies to do maintenance work for Red Roof Inns. Ohio HVAC companies have reported calls being received by Omni-Care.
Companies that have been taken by Omni-Care Group:
Pet Supplies Plus
Family Dollar
Vitamin Shoppe
Fed Ex Office
Talbots (listed in another complaint on this website)
Red Roof Inns
