As these allegations are posted anonymously, unfortunately we are not in a position to offer any comments as to what, if anything, actually transpired. We record all communication and every keystroke of our communication and work with every customer and can prove our position on any issue. By the way, there has not been a customer of OmniTech support named, Bunny.
We, OmniTech support provide cost effective support; we do not rip anyone off or perform any other unethical practices. We invite the complainer to provide some details like his/her name, alleged date of contacting us; and we would be more than happy to inform him/her as to what we found on any issue to be and how we can
resolve it. If we were not able to resolve that issue, we would be happy to provide a full refund if he/she ever had paid us in the first place. We always strive to have our valuable customers being delighted with the service and value they get from us. Thats why we have earned and maintained an A+ rating from the Better Business Bureau.
