On the Spot RV Be warned - Stay away! Elk Grove California
.I took my new Lance camper to these guys because the propane on the Norcold fridge wasn't working. Robert, the apparent owner, tried to give it a quick fix as it's under warranty, and sent me on my way. The quick was a bust and I had to come back home after a couple of days into a week vacation. He said it needed a part and would order it, then let me know when it would arrive. I went back a week later after hearing nothing and he told me he'd just received authorization from the factory and the part would be here the following Tuesday. After telling him I was busy for a couple of days I said I'd come back in that Thursday to get it fixed. I was there bright and early, before he arrived. He walked over and told me the part that was supposed to be there two days earlier hadn't arrived yet, he'd get back to me. I came home and got online with Norcold customer service, they had nothing in their files for the serial number of my refrigerator, which meant the first step in obtaining warranty work authorization hadn't been taken. Stay away from this place and go somewhere else unless you want to get lied to and strung along
