BEWARE! POLICE CALLED....SCAM ARTISTS Goes by MANY different business names. ONE LEASING GROUP in Glendale. ONE LEASE TRANSFER, ONE NORTH AMERICA LLC, (in Irvine), REGIS ONE, MICHAEL MARK BRYANT or M MARK BRYANT ([email protected]). He is a FAKE leasing company. They came to my house took my Mercedes, showed this FAKE insurance policy and contract. He called me after seeing my car on SWAPALEASE and said he was a local company who already had a client who wanted to take over my lease.
The guy who picked up my car disappeared. They said they'd take my car to a GARAGED lot in Glendale and potential people interested in taking over my lease could see the car in person. He assured me they would not put many miles on the car since I only had 5,000 miles left on my lease. WELL.. there is NO GARAGED LOT! What this scam artist con did was horrifying. He took my car and rented it out to random people.
At least 5 as their info from their iPhones were paired with my bluetooth on the car and they didn't clear it. THE CAR WAS RUINED! Inside was trashed, smoked in, a chemical used on the dash which melted it. Cigarette burns. and the big whammy... THEY CRASHED IT then tried to cover it up w/ bad auto body work. Bondo visible, paint doesn't match on the front end, whole side was side swiped with a wall. They put 3,000 miles on it (a gar that was supposed to be garaged on a lot), and they kept telling me there is a delay on swapping out the lease, due to Mercedes Financial being back logged from the holidays.
Kept trying to stall me. I called Mercedes and never was an app filled out or were they EVER contacted by someone wanting to take over my lease. I then demanded my car back immediately or I'd show up with police. They had no choice and met my assistant at a random address off Wilshire in LA and handed over the car. A big black guy delivered it and when my assistant went to video he told her to stop in a threatening manner. She jumped in the car and drove off in fear. I called the insurance policy w/ Hartford they gave me when they picked up my car and the people said it was a fraudulent policy and that I should call the insurance commissioner as well as the police.
The policy is under REGIS ONE. MICHAEL MARK BRYANT is a scam artist. Told me he was so rich that this won't matter. He told me to not contact him and to get a lawyer. I went to the police, and next I am going to the licensing and the DMV departments for the State of California. I have retained a lawyer and I am going to call the local news agencies to shed light on this company that does business in Glendale and "supposedly" on Wilshire Blvd. in Los Angeles.
MICHAEL MARK BRYANT and DAVID SCHROEDER are scam artists! ONELEASINGGROUP.COM look at the site. It's not even real. NO PHONE # no names. MICHAEL MARK BRYANT'S Business license has only been active since Dec. 8, 2018. Just 10 days prior to them picking up my car. $18,000 worth of damage done to my Mercedes. BEWARE! RUN! RUN FAR away from this crook!

David Schroeder is also a victim. He was employed from a CL ad Michael Mark Bryant listed and he worked hard for him for 6 weeks with no pay. His payroll checks bounced and he worked for free. He quit and has never seen his money. He stated the company was shady using Google + phone #'s and virtual offices. He is a good guy!

David Schroeder listed in my complaint is also a victim. He was hired by Michael Mark Bryant. He was found off Craigslist and worked for 6 weeks for him with no pay and bounced payroll checks. He was unaware of the scam ring.
