Tell us has your experience with this business or person been good? What's this?

The worst car buying experience I have ever had. Stay away from these guys. They do not care one bit about the customer. They are purely in the business of making money off of as many people as possible, not about creating a great buying experience for each customer. Here's a recount of my experience: I drove to OneSource Auto with my family of five, specifically to buy a used 2010 Toyota Highlander Hybrid they had advertised online. I drove more than an hour and half to test drive it. The car test drove ok, but I was uncertain of any problems under the hood. Rob, the manager, assured me that their "multi-point inspection" performed by their "24 bay full-service repair facility" took care of all safety issues with the car and that they would repair issues before selling the car. During signing, Dennise, the woman who worked up the paperwork, talked me into buying their "A+" warranty, which, on the surface, appeared to be a great supplement, just in case something under the hood came up that I could not see in the few minutes during the test drive. They must up lubed up and grease-packed all the problems, hid all the noises temporarily, because a few days after we got the car home, we started feeling rattling, and clunking during sharp turns, in the steering column, and the brakes had started to squeak. Happy with our decision to have purchased the A+ warranty, we took it in to the local Toyota dealership for a full inspection. We found out the clunking was caused by severely worn out front struts and sway bar links which, according to experts, could cause "significant problems with steering and handling, potentially leading to vehicle accidents and other safety concerns." We took it over to the best Toyota repair shop in town and the same issues were reported! Rob lied. His repair shop did NOT repair safety issues. What's more, the A+ warranty refused to cover the damage! They had sold us a lemon and a useless warranty! We had to pay almost $1,000 out of pocket to get some of the problems fixed. I called Rob to cancel the warranty and he sent an email confirming OneSource Auto would refund the cost of the useless warranty to the Credit Union who carries my loan. Now it is 2017 and we still have not received the credit into our loan account at our CU. Now I have to get OneSource Auto to refund the full warranty cost and interest we have been paying on the additional $2,455 we paid to cover the warranty! A nightmare of an experience. My wife and I have spent painful hours dealing with these issues and the fiasco is still not over. I recommend anyone reading this to simply look for another car option. OneSource Auto is a waste of your precious time.
