This company is a huge scam. Rob Hill, Amy Gibson, Wanda Hammoud and Dean Elali are very unfair. You can out perform others and still not be granted fair treatment. I gave this company a fair chance and was promoted to a "higher position". However no matter how well I did I was not granted more opportunity. This is just a DOOR TO DOOR SALES JOB with a 99% chance you wont make it to management and even if you do make it to management it is very unlikely you will succeed. The "atmosphere" is the tool used every morning to brainwash you into not quitting even though you are working 65 hours a week and making around $200/week. Please stay away. You dont have to decieve and exploit others into dangerous territories to be a buisiness owner. There are better buisnesses out there. This is a horrible buisness to be involved in. This is a 100% commission job and you have to pay for your gas which is significant because you are driving all over metro detroit where people are not happy to see you selling At&t Uverse. Trust me he will send you to the worst areas where people can't afford anything and he wants you to sell At&t cable, internet and phone. You won't make anything, you'll have the cops called on you in good neighborhoods and mean people will act violent in bad neighborhoods.

Stay Away From One Source Provider In Dearborn, Michigan.

Just out of curiosities who were these people who were making $350/week on a bad week? It sure wasn't anyone that I was working with.. No one was setting up more 1 on 1 meetings than I was.. I worked for the company for an entire year with the promise of being promoted and doing great things.. "work hard now play hard later" was something I heard all the time. Was told that i was going to be so rich when i open my office. Ive built teams, lost teams, built them again. I worked as hard as anybody did and didn’t succeed. Why do they brainwash you? its so you continue to work, build teams and they build teams until the office is 20 people going out every day making sales for the manager.

And on a side note the people that live in Shelby twp, Ann arbor, Farmington hills, etc do live in VERY nice areas.. Of course they do.. But you and I both know I wasn’t talking about them. What about Detroit and Flint that you just happened to leave off of your list? Yes the ones that Rob Hill calls "juicy territory".. How about trailer parks in the middle of nowhere? Did you forget about those one? I guess you did.. In fact you probably still work there trying to get promoted and making the company look halfway decent. Cops aren’t only called for suspicious people walking around.. It dsnt matter if you're wearing a three-piece suit people hate anyone soliciting. I’ve had the cops called on me with a permit and was still asked to leave. Fitted Clean clothes and shoes, clean fixed hair, clean shaved and a smile.. Hello ma’am and yes sir.. Still made d**k for money.

Managers there only care about themselves.. And if you have a problem you’re considered a complainer or a bum in a territory. If you perform poorly the manager is taught to ignore you which is the dumbest thing ever. Reward those doing well and shut out the ones doing poor, instead of identifying the problem and solving it. What a business.

Just as someone who used to work for the company, if you were only making $200 a week that means you were hardly actually working. Even on a bad week, someone who worked as hard as you said you did would make at least $350. I don't ever remember being "brainwashed" in atmosphere, it was actually to prepare you with the proper tools and equipment you would need for the day, and meet with others in the office to help further yourself in the company.

Maybe you weren't taking full advantage of these tools, seeing how you left after not seeing immediate results. Making commission is a great thing! It means you EARN your money. If you work hard, it pays off! Pretty simple for those who are willing to do so. I almost got promoted myself, but left just because the door-to-door lifestyle was not for me. But if you are young, hard working, and have little responsibilities, this is exactly the job for you.

Just a side note, I am pretty sure the people of the Shelby Township, Canton, Farmington Hills, Troy, Ann Arbor, and other very, very nice places to live, would be offended you are calling their area's "The worst area's". Cops will be called if they see a suspicious person walking around their neighborhood, if you dress like a professional, people will not think twice about seeing you walking about. If they get mad about the "soliciting", carry your permits around.
