We are currently seeking to fill a part-time Receptionist position in our Miami (Aventura) office.
The primary job of the Receptionist is to answer phones and greet visitors to the office. Other duties include:
Direct calls or take detailed messages
Be the first impression to office visitors
Greet Open Call guests
Job Requirements
Clear and pleasant speaking voice
Strong customer service, communication and interpersonal skills
Above average computer skills
Ability to multitask
Fashionable appearance
