One Step Reality in Michigan Marc Early and Mike Anderson Company is scam artist. They have rented our house for 2 1/2 months and we have not seen a penny. Grand Rapids Michigan
Failure to send documents, lack of communication, Failure to give us rentalmoney owed to us.
This company has failed in many attempts to answer our phone calls or call us back regarding our rental property in Michigan. We hired this company back in February 1015, since then we have had several issues with them. We have documentation of a long list of calls made to them and they either don't respond or if a message was left they do not call you back if they do call you back you get the run around. We here from marc the check has not cleared we hear from Mike we have not been paid.
One STep has collected fisrt months, last months and security acording to the contract. Since then they have collect half of July and all of August rent which is $4,300. We have not seen any money yet. They have not give us pictures of the house befoe the move in which was promised. They only sent the signed contract after asking 3 times and then it was sent in a text.
This company has not done any thing but spend our money. We can not get a straight answer from Mike Anderson or Marc Early.
