One Way Furniture ripoff, selling damages goods for new merchandise Internet
I took several weeks deciding on an armoire, and after consideration and investigations, I settled on this company.
Prices were higher, but shipping and handling fees were included, resulting in substantial savings. The parcel arrived in good condition with no damage to the shipping carton. I opened the carton and found a beautiful armoire exactly what I had hope for, but, it had been totally destroyed with hundreds of tiny holes in it from a very sharp tool that drills holes. It looked like it hand been someone's work bench.
I immediately contacted this company, which I had to call 4 different numbers to find a person to talk to. I was told to prepay the shipping and I could return it with a 25% restocking fee and the shipping to me would also be deducted. I decided I wasn't going to give this company another penny. When I complained again, I got a $25.00 discount on my next order.
If I had a bad and costly experfience, do you really think I'd do it again?? Get Real, Onewayfurniture.com??? That beautiful armoire is now in garage for no one to see and enjoy!
