Do NOT pay them no matter how harassing. Their scam is widely publicized on many complaint websites, they have many complaints to the Texas Attorney General and have an "F" rating at the BBB. Their racket is to charge you for a $2 fax, that never goes through after several hours, and then you are asked for more money to resend, or $30 to cancel your account. The owner Matthew Bailey (817)886-0715 handles this one man website. I am a very legal savvy individual, and what I experienced was nothing more than a "shakedown" by Matt. There is no way he can collect anything because he doesn't have your credit card number. Also, he will state over and over til blue in the face that you agreed to his Terms of Use which includes all the extortion fees. I told him that clauses in his Terms of Use were illegal and therefore in the eyes of the Court, those clauses would be seen as voided and not valid. He never understood this concept at all, so not a legally educated person, just really a bully preying on you.

What can you do?
1. Definitely call him, although that personal number is probably disconnected by now.
2. File a complaint online with the Texas Attorney of General at:
https://www.oag.state.tx.us/consumer/complain.shtml
3. Contact PayPal and file fraud claim. When I contacted them they were shocked at how many complaints had been filed. If they pull this PayPal option, the website will die.

See the many other people who have complained at the following websites:

I know my complaints helped as this idiot actually revised his website on 3/25/11 due to my various actions. I will still continue to crusade against him, will stay on top of PayPal and when I feel like laughing I will file a court suit just for fun. I have plenty of time, money and drive to stay after him. I guess he messed with the wrong person here.

Please take a minute of your time at least to file the Texas Attorney General online complaint, it is super easy and takes 10 minutes. He must always respond in writing to each complaint filed.

I used the service.  The service was not performed/or receipient did not receive.  I attempted to contact PayPal which is the only service they accept and I quickly closed the clain.  No charge backs or anything.  I actually over paid.

I was simply inquiring with PayPal, how I could dispute and clearly PAyPal was not going to assist.  I closed claim/document.  Charges went through.

But just because I inquired through PayPal and to inquire how to make a request money back the owner said the same thing over and over again (as he has been for years - see the BBB site.

I was charge *****.00 for doing this?  What can or will happen?

You are not paying for a service,  you the consumer are paying for checking the box of the Agreement.  Is it the right of a consumer to inquire about dissafication of the service performed (or lack there of).  In leui PayPal has shut down my account.  No way to pay them *****.00.  The fax was attempted in my local area 6 times and the fax number was not picking up the transmission signal.  This is the only reason I used the service..  The document was mailed in hopes of working with  another issue.

I am disabled, and family attempted to help with the fax to no avail.

Am I going to jail?  Will the judge see this as, I paid for the fax?

Thanks...  Use caution when attempting to use this site.  I believe that small claims court would be used and a suponea for civil court does not make sense.  And why does Matt have to use civil court as a tactic and not work with his clients?

I believe that any one using this site - DO NOT an account.  The mark up on a 1.50 charge is 500%+.  I am not sure a "cash store" does this legally.
