I bought six OneVanilla prepaid Mastercards from WalMart. Each card was loaded with $500.00 for a total of $3,000. I used the cards to purchase a used travel trailer through what I thought was eBay.
I have used eBay before and all correspondence looked legit. When trailer was not delivered as per the online purchase agreement, I immediately called eBay. They told me I had been defrauded. The eBay rep I spoke with said it had been happening 'a lot'.
I immediately called the OneVanilla people & gave a detailed report. Three weeks later, I called for a progress report. The person this time told me I should have been sent via email a "Dispute Report" to start the process of investigation to determine what had happened. In addition, my name and all info had been entered incorrectly. So, absolutely no progress had been made. Soon after I called again and complained that I STILL had not received the required "Dispute Form". Each time I was greeted by a person who answered the phone "Card Services". They were not actually OneVanilla people. Some intermediary company. After three weeks and three phone calls, I still have not received an emailed copy of a "Dispute Report". So I am still 'nowhere'.
I found out that a company called Incomm owns OneVanilla. BUT their website has no place to file a dispute (although the people I talked to at the phone number on the back of the cards told me that I could also file a dispute at [email protected]. Nope. No phone number to contact them and no place on the site to file a dispute. I submitted a request to speak to someone on line on their site but have yet to hear from anyone. Is this a fake company? I don't know, but the cards are still sold at WalMart. I will go to WalMart next and complain.
I am out $3,000 in large part because there is, apparently, very little security attached to these prepaid cards. And, as far as I can tell, their "Customer Service" is virtually non-existent.
Beware of any services or cards offered through OneVanilla (aka, Incomm) prepaid card services!!!

On April 8, 2017, I was looking at porn sites with my cell phone. At 6 p.m. a notice came into my cell phone saying it is locked up until I pay $ 500 with a --One Vanilla debit card --!!! NOTICE SAID TO BUY THE CARD and LISTED A NUMBER OF STORES TO DO THAT.. THEN I WAS TO ENTER THE CARD DATA INTO MY PHONE and THEN IT WOULD BE UNLOCKED. THE SITE LOOKED LIKE IT WAS AN --FBI --SITE.. THEY SAID IF I DIDN'T PAY THE $ 500 IT WOULD BE $ 1,500 IN 3 DAYS.. THE MESSAGE LISTED FEDERAL LAWS AND SAID I'M A CRIMINAL SUBJECT TO PROSECUTION.. MESSAGE ALSO SAID THEY WOULD ALERT ALL MY FRIENDS AND HAD --MY CONTACT NUMBERS TO DO THAT.. I DO NOT PAY --EXTORATION AND DON'T TAKE THREATS LIGHTLY.. SINCE -- ONE VANILLA -- IS RUNNING CRIMINAL ENTERPRISE -- I FILED A CRIMINAL COMPLAINT WITH THE FBI. AND TOLD MY CELL PHONE SERVICE PROVIDER TO UNLOCK MY PHONE.. ALERT --- MY INTENTION IS TO SHUTDOWN --- INCOMM -- IN THIS COUNTRY and HAVE THE UNITED STATES ATTORNAL GENERAL BRING A FEDERAL -- RICO -- PROSECUTION.. THOSE MAGGOTS AT -- INCOMM -- IN ATLANTA BETTER GET PREPARED BECAUSE THEY'LL ANSWER IN FEDERAL COURT FOR THE SCAMS THEY PARTICIPATE IN.. I'M ALSO ASKING WALMART TO REMOVE -- ONE VANILLA DEBIT CARDS -- FROM THEIR STORES NATIONWIDE and ISSUE A PRESS RELEASE WHY THE CARDS ARE BEING REMOVED.. ADDITIONALLY, I MAY FILE A CLASS ACTION LAWSUIT IN FEDERAL COURT SEEKING 2 BILLION DOLLARS DAMAGES FOR ALL PERSONS SCAMED BY THAT COMPANY.. POSTED BY ME: MARTIN MCNALLY, CEO, MCNALLY ENTERPRISES ST.
