Warning to those considering to sign up for this program-- do not! They are deceitful and their program is not what they promise.

There is hope however for those that have paid the $3997 and want their money back. I gave up hope for a few months after trying to contact them to get a refund. I then wrote them a letter explaining why I was owed a refund listing all their false claims and I copied the Consumer Affairs Dept. (Mike Hastings) in Reno; the BBB in Reno, and the Attorney General's office in Reno. I submitted that letter along with supporting materials (my BBB report I filed online, my Consumer Affairs form I got online, letters from people on this site, and other materials I had pertaining to my case).

I then contacted my credit card company. Given I was over the 60-day time frame the credit card company has, they said for me to send them all the materials (those mentioned above) I had and they would do a "courtesy request for refund." That worked! OAA didn't bother to refuse. If your credit card company says no, given the 60 day time frame policy, tell them to do a courtesy request, which is standard among credit card companies and don't give up.

I received a letter back from the Better Business Bureau which basically stated that they gave the company an unsatisfactory report given their attempts to contact OAA and never heard back from the company. The Consumer Affairs Dept. in Reno also sent me a letter stating they are investigating the company.

I suggest you contact these sources, as the more people that report this company, the better likelihood of them ceasing to do business. Also, in my letter I mentioned that I found out through an employee at OAA, that the man behind this scam moved shop to CA (posting mentioned on this site). So mention that in your letters (that will help Consumer Affairs).
