The Online Business Bureau is a total scam. There rating are based upon who pays them For example, Walmart http://www.onlinebusinessbureau.com/Companyrating.cfm?Company_ID=1311692, Apple Computer http://www.onlinebusinessbureau.com/Companyrating.cfm?Company_ID=868332, and Exxon Mobil http://www.onlinebusinessbureau.com/Companyrating.cfm?Company_ID=44944 are all "Yellow Rated Proceed with Caution".
