Online generics Rx products were ordered; Rx was emailed, but products never arrived.
Numerous calls to customer service and email complaints were met with the same response: items will be shipped at the end of this week. But items never arrived.
Credit card charge was processed March 26; still no delivery although every query/complaint receives the same apologies and assurancew of delivery.
