The site is not a 'rip off' -- don't know why you got such flaky service. I ordered several times from them. Never took more than a week or so. All of the medicine comes from argentina -- but what you see is what you get. The images are the exact packaging and pharmacy that they claim to be, and exactly what you get in the mail. If you want to pay extra for Roche ( valium or xanax for example ) you get the brand name. I, however, did not find this necessary. Gador introuduced a generic version of xanax - xr, before it was available in the states. Later when the affordable ( somewhat) alprazolam - cr came along -- I had my doctor prescribe it and if anything found it to be inferior. Also I had part of one order seized by US customs. The company re-shipped the medicine promptly. Furthermore customer service was good -- always responding to emails within 24 hours. I never had any trouble with using my visa. Transactions are encrypted with a valid certificate. Sounds like you had a bad experience; but I can't imagine it being the norm. k
