If I was the one that answered the call with you, I would have advised you to fax us your statement with the rolling balance so we can make sure if we made charges to your account. And at that point we would be able to locate the account and have it properly cancelled so you would not receive any other charges. I suggest you do that. Go to your bank and get a copy of that and fax it to us at 562-983-1725. I suggest you get that fixed because if they couldn't find your account then that means it probably hasn't been cancelled which means you'll probably still get some charges. By the way, you should read terms before signing up for things online.
