Online Suppliers - OS Actionline ripoff Thinking I got a $1.95 charge for Ebay selling information, I was charged $80.00 a month for (almost) 2 months before I realized it! Long Beach California
I am in the middle of disputing charges made to my credit card in the amount of $29.95 and $59.59 per month (for two consecutive months) for giving them credit card details for a $1.95 information pack. This company has obviously received many complaints as their customer service agents are trained well on how to handle complaints from Irate customers (Spoke to Chiris-#2579, Josh-#2095, and Larry-#2099 and all appeared to be defensive and reading responses). Their charges appear under different names.. Online Supplier or OS Actionline.
They supposedly state the "membership" and charges on the terms and conditions but I am disputing that. They never made it clear what I would be charged for anything other than the $1.95 and I wasn't even aware that I had a "membership" as they don't send you any other information following up. I did get refunded for one month and am disputing with the credit card the other month due to unauthorized charges. Many companies are now resorting to this form of "business" as they did not have any real product to sell and sadly enough the internet has given them a great vehicle.
