I originaly search for information on goberment grants and some how they are linked to other web site and use my info to charge me $39.85 , I contacted them and with an attitude they told me that will not refund me however the other site that I originaly made the trasnsacion I also contacted and told them what happen and they agree to refund me what they charge me and apologise for the incident and told me that they are not related to the issue and in fact I was refunded the same day. however this ONLINEBIZ that i have not bisiness with them denies my refund and give me a rude aswer to my claims .

I least I have my bank investigating , honestly I don't think I will get nothing from this company I think they are just like tornados. they appear one moment and the next they are gone. but if anyone knows how to foward this issues to a consumer agency it may be posible to find out who is begind all this. I end up change my bank account also and cancel all my cards , so I hope that even they got me once won't get me twice.
