I ordered Onlingo on line and thought it was a great deal to learn spanish but before I purchase I could try the product out. I get the product in the mail about week later, finally get to open it up for the weekend and realized it was not what I wanted.

So, I call them and inform that I wanted to cancel and the representative, Gerald, tells me I am too late, my trial ended 3 days ago, which would have been a Saturday. I didn't ordered it on a Saturday. So, I asked I understood, I had 14 days, he indicated I did from the time they ship it. I asked should I blame my post office because I got it late or you because I am not sure when you sent it. So, he tells me that it is paid for so I he will just cancel future orderings. I told him I don't want to keep what I have so, he said, I should have informed them that I did not get it in the mail. I asked what since does that make since I don't know when you sent it. So, if anyone knows a remedy for this, please let me know.
