Hello Louise, I do not show any customers named Louise in Panama City, FL. This most likely is the reason that those documents were requested. We need to find your account in order to assist you. Since you are stating that you did not place this order and you do not know how you got involved with this offer, your credit card statement showing our charges would assist us in locating the account. If this account was not set up by you or someone in your household we would need some type of recurring mail (such as a utility bill etc.) to verify your address, and process your refund. We understand that credit card fraud is very serious and we take security very seriously and make every effort to prevent fraudulent use on our web site. In order for us to bill you someone had to go to our web site, and manually type in all of your information including the info on the front and back of your credit card. They then had to agree to the terms of our program, and at that time they enrolled into an ongoing subscription of the Onlingo Language Program. It is our understanding from your complaint that you did not place this order. If that is correct, we would like to assist you in correcting this issue. If you have not yet been able to get a resolution please respond to this comaplaint or contact our Customer Support Department and request to speak with a supervisor regarding your online complaint.
