Placed an order in Apr 09, received promptly; no problems. Placed 2nd order 15 Sep 09. Nothing received so I called on 9 Oct; relatively quick phone response time.  I had to repeat my story three times--customer service rep simply did not listen, kept telling my my order was shipped, kept referring to April 09 order.  I kept telling her I was calling about the September order, which was never received.  Talk about frustration!  Like talking to a brick.  And I was talking to an American, not Tiffany from Bangalore, who doesn't understand American English--so frustrating.

I was transferred to a manager.  After explaining story (again) and being told by manager that he would check with shipping--instantly disconnected.  I called back; on hold 13 minutes.  Finally spoke to same customer service manager--another lengthy delay; thought I was disconnected (again).  He advised my items were back-ordered.  I asked why my credit card was charged if the items were out-of-stock, why was I not notified?  "Sorry sire, I don't handle billing," was the reply.  I asked if all the items were back-ordered: "Yes"; hard to believe everything is out of stock.  I asked when I might see said items.  I was told they were due in next week and would be mailed to me via Priority Mail.  I'll be back in two weeks to update this information. 

Meanwhile, I'm disputing the transaction with my credit card company.
