After several emails and a few calls, I was finally paid what I was owed by OnRebate. The last time I called, the customer service person told me I would be paid soon, and it was done within a week or so.

I'm still waiting for the $50 rebate from Tiger Direct. I contacted them again a few days ago and was told again that the rebate would be paid. We'll see!
