Our Terms and Conditions clearly state that incomplete submissions will be denied. This includes but not limited to incomplete rebate forms, absence of upc barcode, no invoice or receipt and invalid offer codes. It is very important that each valued customer who files for a rebate reads thoroughly and carefully our Terms and Conditions prior to submitting a rebate.
