OnRebate denied my claim. They are a very difficult company to deal with. They will cheat you at the drop of a pin. Don't trust the fine print with these guys. Just check out their web page and see the profits they are raking in: http://www.onrebate.com/about.aspx

You don't make money like that doing honest business. They are just taking your money.

Unless TigerDirect comes through with a rebate I will never order from them again. The promise of a certain price with a rebate looks attractive. However, the amount of work you have to go through to get the rebate is made more complex now that they use OnRebate.com.

It looks like even though I made a good faith effort and met the terms of the rebate, they are still giving me a hard time.

When will these companies wise up and just offer the rebate in terms of "credit on your account" for future purchases. The bad feeling I get after being cheated out of the promised money, makes me bitter.

My advice, until TigerDirect stops using OnRebate:

Don't trust the their rebates.

Don't trust any rebates for companies that do Business with OnRebate.com
