The information provided in this report below is based on comments made by Salem Khan during an onsite inspection held by a third party verification company with no biases towards OnRevenue.com.

OnRevenue provides HIPAA compliant application for medical clinic using a secured cloud based system. The platform they provide take roughly 20 different methods of promotion and unifies them for easy use and effective marketing. Salem Khan stated the following about his company, "we replace four to five vendors with a single vendor...this saves money for medical clinics and generates better results for patient acquisition and engagement."

Leads for OnRevenue are primarily obtained through referrals from existing customers, "we give existing customers a discount if they refer us to other people, and that generates more customers for us than any other way." OnRevenue offers their services to medical clinics that has anywhere between 5-20 providers. These businesses are provided with information on how OnRevenue will benefit their marketing strategies. Once a business decides to proceed with the services they are assigned a dedicated account manager who can help them with any questions they may have about the platform.

During the onsite interview Mr. Khan was asked to describe a situation where a client was not satisfied with the level of service they received. Mr. Khan expressed that earlier in their business they faced issues with Billing. They use to provide invoicing service and customers had to prepay for 1 year of service. This caused issues with businesses and now, "all service is month-to-month and customers can cancel anytime with a 30 day notice."

When asked to comment on complaints posted on Ripoff Report's website Mr. Khan expressed that the post was not made by a customer, but was posted by an ex-employee who is now a competitor to their services. Complainant OnRevenue.com (the “Complainant”) has challenged the truthfulness of certain specific statements (each, a “Statement”) posted by Author Anonymous (the “Author”) on the Ripoff Report website at www.ripoffreport.com as Ripoff Report #1326974 (the “Report”). The Complainant denies the allegations. The Author did not provide a response to this matter. Therefore, in accordance with the Ripoff Report VIP Arbitration Rules (the “Rules), the Author waived their right to participate in this Arbitration. By submitting a Report and a Complaint on the Ripoff Report websites, both the Complainant and the Author have agreed to submit the dispute to the Ripoff Report VIP Arbitration Program.


In accordance with the Rules, the Arbitrator was asked to decide whether the challenged Statements were an opinion or a fact. If, and only if, the Statement was determined to be a statement of fact, the Arbitrator was asked to further decided if, by a preponderance of the evidence, to determine if the Statement was true or false. If the statement identified by the Complainant is determined to be an opinion, no determination will be made as to that particular Statement because an opinion cannot be determined to be true nor false.

My advice to my fellow Doctors is keep far away from Onrevenue and any company with an IT team based outside of the USA in 3rd world countries!
