Ooh La Spa Order placed July 21, received Aug 7, returned and signed for Aug 17, as of Feb 8 no refund Ames Iowa
I have a business and needed body wraps. I ordered them on July 21, 04. My acct was charged 269.95 that same day. When a week had passed and I had received nothing, I began to try to phone to find out why. The phone message was that messages can not be left, but fax at the tone. I tried again then sent a fax. I sent a e-mails requesting an ETA. Still no response. Finally on 8/5 I sent an e-mail stating that if I hadn't received the product by 8/4 to consider my order cancelled.
I ordered from another company and had the wraps the next day. Then on 8/7 (a Sat)I received the shipment. An employee that only works on weekends signed for it. I would have refused the order, but because nothing comes on Sat, I never thought to tell her to refuse a delivery from this company. I sent another e-mail stating that I wanted the merchandise picked up. However Brad Matsey informed my that they don't do pickups and that they would reverse any charge-back attempts. I returned the wraps and Anna Matsey signed for them on Aug 17. On Dec 30 I sent this message:
It's the end of the year, where is my money!!! Two things are going to happen. I am going to put all of my info concerning the order on the internet for everyone to see how you do business. Then I am going to small claims court and we'll go from there.
Too bad you are the kind of people who care nothing about your image or your crediablity.
The same day I received this message:
Your previous message was caught by our junk mail filter. I am going to check the records to make sure you didn't do a charge-back already and if not I will process a refund.
Jan 3: I didn't find any charge-backs so I am processing your credit. The credit should post to your account in 2 to 3 business days.
