Open Road lending Falsely Advertise My Aproval Fort Worth Texas
Don't do business with Open Road, I received a pre-qualification letter in the mail, and decided to pursue it, When filling out the application it asked the value of my vehicle I provide them the payout valve which I got from my current lender. After applying I was told I was approved and they only needed a list of accessories of our vehicle to move forward with the loan.
Once they did this, I was then told, that they couldn't' offer the loan because the value of our car was too low. Why would you tell someone that they were approved, then decline them after finding out the value of the vehicle? Now I'm going to have a hard credit check on my report and this is going to affect my credit score. The people are very shady. I wouldn't suggest them to even the Devil.
