Tell us has your experience with this business or person been good? What's this?
This company sent me a letter saying that my credit card company denied payment and they cannot ship the order. It then suggests that my credit card info was recorded incorrectly and and is no longer valid. The company then requests that I write my corrected information on the form and mail it back to us. They suggest I can send a check or miney order(US funds). It says to send this letter with my payment to "the address listed above" and made payable to "the company listed below" I notice that this phrasing sounds deliberately vague and not very business like. One of the phrases states "Upon receipt of new information we will begin billing that credit card number." They have my last four digits and the expiration date already printed on the form. "The company listed below" says "Opti Life 30 days supply" The product cost is .00 and the sales tax is too. They want $5.95 for shipping and handling.

The problem with all of this is I have never ordered an "Opti Life 30 days supply" It sounds like a "phishing" scam! This letter came two weeks after a company called "Quality Resources" called me one day wanting to charge me $19.95 for coupons and money saving benefits. They spoke very rapidly and wanted me to agree to this charge. They also said that they had my credit card number and expiration date, and they read the last four digits to me and the exp. date. I told them no I don't want to be charged, and they kept insisting that I had to agree and I will save money and I will have all these benefits. and they kept asking and asking if I would agree to this charge. They would not take no for an answer.

I asked them how they got this info and they said my bank sold it to them. Eventually they got angry and hung up. I called my bank immediately and informed them about this, and they said that they did not sell this information to anyone. I cancelled the card that very day, and like I said I received the letter two weeks afterward. Maybe its aall a coincidence, but instinct tells me no.
