OpticalTelephoneCorp - ILD Teleservices ripoff dishonest fraudulent billing Atlanta Georgia
I recieved my phone bill and there was a charge of 11.12 for OpticalTelephone. I called SBC and the guy Jeff was great and called ILD and we got a woman on the phone that said the charges would be taken off in 1-3 billing cycles. I asked her where they were located and she said "Georgia". I asked how they got my number to put these charges on and she told me she was just the billing center. She asked me my name and address and I told her "You got the number, that should be enough information" SBC will be taking off these charges. I still however want to know how this company can just put charges on my phone bill. I wonder how many people they did this to that didn't pay attention to the bill!
