I saw many ads for Garcinia Cambogia all for exorbitant amounts per monthly bottle. Then I was one that was a trial month supply for $4.95. That’s more like it, especially if you don’t know if this will work. So I ordered my one month supply for $4.95. They also offered a Mango Cleanse for $4.95 same deal one month trial. I don’t know if I clicked on the terms and conditions, but I did not see anything about any additional charges on the web site.

I got confirmation emails but they said noting about future charges only that I had paid $4.95 for each product.

I received both items separately as if from different companies, although both are based in Santa Ana, CA. Neither had paper instructions included only what is on the bottle, which is not very clear. (Serving size: 2 capsules. Serving per container:30, take 2 capsules 1-2 times per day.) But when do you take this? One came with a CD about YogaFit. But nothing more about membership or future billing.

I tried the cleanse for a while (didn’t seem to do much) and waited to try the other afterward. The Garcinia Cambogia is still unopened.

My credit card bill included both $4.95 charges, plus another charge of $77.86 for one AND $79.95 for the other. I did not expect this at all from the web pages order. It may have been there deep in the terms and conditions, but I can’t go back and find that page now.

I called both companies to ask about these extra charges and was told the same thing by both. These were 14 day trials. If I wanted to cancel I had 14 days to cancel. After that there is nothing they can do but reduce my rate for future shipments. One I had opened & tried for a while, the other what unopened, I still could not return it for a refund! One offered reduced rates for future charges. But no refund.

After arguing for a while with both, I canceled both orders to prevent future changes. I seem to be stuck with two charges totaling $158 that I had no idea I was going to be charged for. I would NOT have ordered the items in the first place had I known I would be charged more later, certainly not two of these. Now I have “two” separate companies which are both equally unwilling to offer customer satisfaction, to try to get refund from.

They both claim that this was not a trick or a scam, but it sure seems like it to me. Both admitted that they have to talk to other customers with the same complaint.
