We were sold to Option One without our consent by First Franklin loan Services. The 1st we knew of it was a letter, not in the 15 days required, that we were sold.

The next was a foreclosure letter. This is just not right.

Option One has wanted $702.42 every month in late charges from the very start, before we even knew we had been sold. They refuse to change our payment date because we are always behind in late fees, there is no way to catch up as the payment is always late no matter when I call in the payment, They will not take a payment before the due date and if you pay on the due date your late because they take 3-5 days to process the payment. There is never a supervisor to speak to who can do anything until your current on your loan.

They have ruined our credit, we cant get rid of they because our credit score is now so low we can't get a different loan.

We will lose our home if we cannot get away from these people, and I don't see how to do it at this point.

We are working people and don't have thousands of dollars laying around to satisfy these people.

Well we are up to $7,158.71 owing to Option One, When you send in your payment it goes into a SUSPENSE account, If you do not pay the full amount due, Well you can never pay the full amount due because it changes daily, and they won't tell you the daily amount the account occurs, so you can never catch up. I have been trying to refi the house but because of OPTION ONE reporting us now 90 days late, no matter that they hold the money in the suspense account. They have now set us up to get our home. I have a very nice man trying to help us. At first he did not believe what I said about this company, he now knows they are what we all know them to be....... He wants us to do a restructured loan with them to get back on trac.....after reading (not just here) the deeper hole that leads to. I am wondering if it would just hurt us a lot less to mail them the house keys, and cost us less in the long run.
