Tell us has your experience with this business or person been good? What's this?
ESBI has billed me for fraududlent services on my Qwest bill. I have never heard of them and have no idea what the monthly charges are for. I was charged $14.95 on my phone bill and never signed up for anything.

When I went to the web site listed on the bill, there is no link to Orbit Telecom. On the bill there is no description of services they are billing for and they think people won't notice that.

This company is ripping people off. Obviously, they hope to blend in with the rest of the bill maybe they want to look like one of the ridiculous taxes we are billed for each month.

WELL, GOOD LUCK TO THEM. THEY WILL NEVER SEE ANY OF MY MONEY.

How to avoid/ get rid of charges

Okay short and simple, Most of those charges come from clicking web banners or such on the internet, if it asks for your telephone number to get a free ringtone ask yourself why the ringtone is free. Hope this helps both you and others in avoiding them. Also if you call your local Company Qwest in this case usually they will credit you back and issue a STOP form for the monthly charges. Once they do this the company may bill you directly. At that point it removes your local company and local service from the issue.

Make sure you file a complaint with the FTC and The Colorado General Attornies Office http://www.ago.state.co.us/index.cfm Thats the web site. Colorado is clamping down on this and we all need to file as many complaints as possible to get this problems fixed. You also in colorado may have Victims rights in this case if there is criminal activity as it is defined in the Colorado Consumer Protection Act. No kidding I have filed my complaint its under investigation for possible criminal charges to be filed.
