Tell us has your experience with this business or person been good? What's this?
I got a 12.95 charge on my phone bill for this voicemail system that I know nothing about..Pretty much, I am not paying for it and I want it off my bill ASAP!!! Someone needs to do something bout this ripoff company...They said when I signed up to win a prize I signed up for this too, that's bull...I have never even seen this before; and never would sign up even if I did.. Thank you for your time. But something needs to be done...See all the people they've done this too... Take this 12.95 off my bill...

From your comments it looks like you've called Orbit Telecom, and they apparently aren't willing to credit you back and/or cancel the service? Have you contacted your local phone company (BellSouth, Sprint, CTC...whoever it is) and asked them about getting this charge removed? Your local phone company *MIGHT* be willing to credit you for this charge if you inform them that it's a fraudulent charge. They might even contact Orbit Telecom on your behalf and pressure them about refunding the charge. Another route you can try is the Consumer Protection division of the North Carolina Attorney General's Office (http://www.ncdoj.com/consumerprotection/cp_about.jsp). I've used them several times and usually get good results.
