From your comments it looks like you've called Orbit Telecom, and they apparently aren't willing to credit you back and/or cancel the service? Have you contacted your local phone company (BellSouth, Sprint, CTC...whoever it is) and asked them about getting this charge removed? Your local phone company *MIGHT* be willing to credit you for this charge if you inform them that it's a fraudulent charge. They might even contact Orbit Telecom on your behalf and pressure them about refunding the charge. Another route you can try is the Consumer Protection division of the North Carolina Attorney General's Office (http://www.ncdoj.com/consumerprotection/cp_about.jsp). I've used them several times and usually get good results.
