Before i say anything, they didn't rip me off..they didn't steal my money...I ordered a car remote for original Hyundai alarm. I ordered it on August 26. They gave me a Invoice Number..I week later I didn't receive an order number or a tracking number. I email them a few times and didn't get a response. I got a email on the 3rd of September..this is what they said.
I looked up your order information and show the order has been authorized and sent downstairs to the shipping department to be packaged and shipped out.
I will send a note downstairs to check on your invoice #.
I know once your order is packaged and shipped, you will be receiving an automated email with the tracking information that can be entered on the USPS website."

Today is September 9 and i haven't received anything..I email again 2 days ago and nothing...
