We purchased a Saab keyless remote, after Saab went bankrupt, not knowing from the beginning if it were new or used. We never could communicate with Original Keyless. They don't respond to phone, fax or email. What we received was a reconditioned remote that could not be reprogrammed. We returned it as directed by their reassuring return instructions, requesting a refund. We waited, and waited. No refund. We proceeded with dispute case with Visa which was farcical and frustrating.

Original Keyless claimed they sent me a brand new factory packaged item and I returned something "at least 10 years old" with holes in it and dog hair on it. Their rebuttal was hysterical and full of exclamations, photos of new items and an old remote that was enlarged and damaged. Visa was no help either as they say it cannot be proven that I sent them their item in return. It can be proven that I am out $132.00 = $5.58 in postage and have nothing at all for this transaction.

Original Keyless never returned the item they claimed wasn't theirs to me; they kept my money and the return. It's a good game if you can sell something and then receive it in return without losing anything, just making money on people like us who enter a transaction with trust in the vendor and the credit card company that participates in the transaction. Visa is finished for me too. They do not stand by their cardholders. Their dispute department in Fargo ND is a patronizing joke.
