Osborn Automotive Ripoff deceptive trade practices Lakewood Colorado
When trying to refinance the vehicle we purchased at Osborn Automotive, we were told we had not received all of the paperwork. We contacted them several times to obtain the missing paperwork, but Osborn would always say they would get the file and mail it to us. After 6 weeks of trying, we filed a complaint with the Motor Vehicle Dealer Board to obtain the paperwork. Finally we received the paperwork and discovered that our signatures on the buyer's order were forged.
Since that time, the Motor Vehicle Dealer Board has forwarded the 4 square sheet supposedly used on our car sale with my initials forged. We are now trying to unwind the fraudulent sale that we have been involved in, but Osborn refuses saying they have done nothing wrong. If anyone is considering going to these guys to purchase a new or used vehicle, my advice to you is BEWARE!!!
