I have been with the casino for a few years winning and losing. Everything was fine until I started winning big money. All of a sudden they drop my rewards program which was a reason to join this casino. They tell me since I was a regent diamond player I used up all promotions because of my winnings. Now mind you I had three more levels to be at top tier. But because I was winning they took all rewards and I assume rigged the game to lose because it has been acting crazy . I've talked to vip managers and they were vague stating I used up all promotions...what company offers all promos and when you win takes it away like a child. It's okay to lose money but not win. This company is a scam...advice to all if you win big stop playing because I lost the last few weeks only because and I'm sure they rigged my system. While playing it was jumping like crazy and I had never seen that before so beware.
