Overseas Adventure Travel Booked trip with stated cancellation penalty - Cancelled but no refund Boston MA
We booked a trip (tour) for January 2020 to the tune of over $14,000. Company has stated $300 cancellation policy, $600 for two. They sent me an email stating would get refund within 30 days in August 2020. I called twice and last time they said it would take 90 days to get refund. Still no refund. Company will not return email requests for status of refund.
