Complaint Review: OverSeas Technology - Open Sawy - OSTREPS - Luis Valdez - Raleigh North Carolina

This is Luis Valdez with Open Savvy Systems (www.ostreps.com). Jim Hall has never been denied any monies owed and is just a disgruntled employee. I previously started my first company, Overseas Technology, LLC, in hopes of providing small companies the opportunity to introduce their products to larger companies. Unknowing of his unprofessional past, I asked Jim Hall to work with me in this venture. Since I worked in North Carolina and he worked in California, this positioning would attract a diverse group of smaller companies. Without my knowledge and during the development of the company, Jim joined forces with a personal friend of his. He then proceeded to form another company, eerily similar to the makeup of my company, which deemed the same Overseas name. His desire for power prompted him to form a knock-off company. After I found this information to be accurate, I realized that Jim had breached the company's contract. Our partnership severed ties, and I proceeded with the original company in North Carolina. Since this experience, Jim has harassed my family and has maliciously spread lies to several of my clients. His unprofessional tactics have cheapened his name within the large companies which disables him to introduce his current clients in a respectable light. I have since changed my company's name to Open Savvy Systems, and I have developed strong client-customer relationships. Jim's desperate attempt to depreciate my name can only be viewed as malicious and of no value.

I contacted Wachovia the Raleigh branch and they said that I was on my own and good luck. the amount of the check was for $2500.00 dollars. Luis Valdez is a Rip off con artist who scams people.
