Ripoff Report Verified Safe This is a very sick man. I personally worked on over 50 files for mortgage modifications and was very successful in getting loan modifications done. I was promised 50% commission but after months of hard work, when the money finally started pouring in, Don created a hostile work environment and I was locked out of the office and he kept all my commission money. I have 2 small children I must provide for and this has created a huge burden for my family. Don also masquerades as an attorney and habitually signs loan documents as 'Mark Nash, Esq.' pawning himself off as a member of the CT. bar association,.....a lawyer. This is felonious behavior punishable by serious jail time. All I asked is for Don Troiano to pay me what he owes me and he refuses so I have no other option but to file this report. Do the right thing Don and pay me what is owed to me. Stop pretending to be a lawyer, and please stop the sexual harrassment I had to suffer through. Nobody wants that behavior from you, especially a 15 year old brazillian girl. My next option is to go to the Ct. State Attorney's office and the State of Connecticut Banking Commissioner's Office. Don left his wife to live with a crack head. He brags about how he used to go and buy her crack for her. When she left him for beating her up he moved back in with his wife. Then when he started seeing a stripper from Elans he moved back out of his house to live with her. She only wanted his money. She has since been deported for stealing. Don actually drove to Canada to try to smuggle her illegal alien cousin into the country but he got busted in his attempt. In his attempt to defraud the government by doing illegal loans his legal fee's got to be very high. Coupled with the fact that he defaulted on his many loans and credit card bills its no wonder that he stole my money by not paying me the $40,000 he owes me.
