You would not have gotten a credit card. At best, they give you a catalog card, good only for triple-priced junk from a phony catalog. All you would have done is thrown $250 away. There are a million more scams that will be calling you in the future. So, you need to reject each and every one of them. Nothing good calls you out of the blue on the phone. By the way, even if you put one of these out of business, ten more spring up. They will ALL go away when people stop sending money. That's the only way.
