Misrepresentation - thieves or fraud by oxford a company that purchased 3 apartment buildings in the heart of montreal, quebec. As landlords under the direction of louis philippe leblond- boucher, gaby, nicholas bouquet and andrew macallen i don't know why they believe it is legal to take or rent monthly yet not provide the tenants with basic mandatory service = adequate HEATING for temperatures 20 below celcisus.
There are elderly people living in this building - how can we get the help we so need.

allan, gaby nor louis-philippe leblond boucher. help us get the basic needs fix the windows or raise the heat so we can live in comfort. Corporate greed is the motivation for our suffering in these cold apartments due to broken windows and lack of adequate heating to sustain our body - waking up to colf temperatures each morning for the next 80 days is human cruelty - and a violation of our human rights.
