P and S Auto Phil Rice Took truck and money and never did the job Ashland Kentucky
Took truck to P and Auto to have new seats.fender flairs put on and new bumper and have scratches removed.Said he needed 1400.00 dollars to buy parts,Paid by check and dropped off truck.Kept truckn for 3 weeks and never fixed a thing.Asked for truck back.
Got truck back and said he didnt have money to pay me back at thjat time.He said it would be two weeks I waited but no money.Called and he said He would pay me back on or before Oct 20th .It is now Nov 2th no money I want it back now.
