Complaint Review: P.A.A.S. / Mike Frost The Worst Authenticator - Pembroke Pines Florida

Mike Frost wrote this horrible/evil story. It sayd much about his being..  He is bitter as I discovered he stole $50,000 out of the IACC/DA treasury. He was the treasurer!  I had to close down this club I founded.  Frost had to close his collectible store because of his reputation. Frost claims my collcetible dirt is fake. Ask him why he sold so many of them in his store and kept the ones when he closed the store. Frost is NOT his name. It is Michael Figenbaum.  

His comments about my ex-wife and children are all made up by him.  In only one case he's right...I haven'tpaid child support..never had to as my children were all over 18 years of age when I was divorced.

I've closed down PAAS which I created as Mike Frost was telling some submitters that their expensive items never arrived, when they did.  I watched him for many hours looking at ebay too see if an item that he got to authenticate matched one on ebay. A total fraud, because if your real item didn't match a forgery on ebay your genuine item was rejected.  Their never was an authenticating team at PAAS.. What is Mike Frost all about... he sold a $3,000 item in his store. When proven that is was a forgery, Frost claimed he never sold it.  In the investigation, a photograph turned up of the framed item hanging on his store wall.  This is the real Mike Frost/Fiegenbaum selling hot dogs in his "Collectible Store."

Please read the story about STEPHEN KOSCHAL. iT READS LIKE A SEVEN YEAR OLD WROTE IT. Absolutely nothing in it is true. It may have been written by Mike Frost. he is one bitter person. His reputation was so bad I had to close down the original IACC/DA because of 550,000 dollars was missing out of the club treasury. It is believed Frost used that money to open a baseball school for children, however that went bust.

Also going bust was his store which he closed overnight and kept everything that was there on consignment. There is no real IACC/DA anymore, Frost tried to reopen it using a similar name to fool those to send in fees for admission. That failed so he just uses a web site to spew hatred. This is the real Steve Koschal, once a partner with Frost until the huge amount of money disappeared. First hint of frost having money problems was when his wife tarted borrowing oney from know dealers and she couldn't pay it back. I have all the files. By the way his name is not Mike frost. it is an alias for a long time. His daughter screwed up by sending a letter to a dealer who Frost owned money. She signed her real last name as "Fiegelbaum."

This false report has been issued and written by Stephen Koschal of Miami Florida in an attempt to discredit myself and P.A.A.S.  Stephen Koschal is know as the creepiest and most hated man in the hobby. He has been involved in many law suites and is at this time in a libel lawsuit by 3 different companies. He is know throughout the autograph industry for selling high end forgeries and for attacking autograph authentication companies that try to expose him or turn down his fake autographed items. He has been hiding for years under different names and blog sites but he is best known for his Autograph Alert website that a Judge has ordered removed last year.

    It is unfortunate that I must have to spend my time to defend myself and my company P.A.A.S. against a fraud report from a Mr. "anonymous Kansas City", The report against Mike Frost and P.A.A.S. is a complete fabrication and an attempt to use Ripoff Report for the use of slander and extortion .
It is sad that "RIPOFF REPORT" has become the friend of the fraud and forgery side of the autograph business. It has become a place were sellers of forgeries and phoney's can come and claim false reports against the honest and qualified companies that have outed or exposed their fraudulent activity.
I have noticed that this has also happened in the past to the other top qualified autograph authentication companies such as PSA/DNA, JSA, and Roger Epperson. Now they are attacking Mike Frost and P.A.A.S. a company that has been one of the leaders in the autograph authentication industry for over 31 years. This  Mr. "anonymous Kansas City" has submitted several forgeries and was expecting P.A.A.S. to examine and authenticate them as genuine. One our examination was complete the signed items submitted were all deemed not authentic and returned. This seller was also reported and removed from ebay for fraudulent activities involving the sale of 100's of forged autographs. P.A.A.S. in it continuing affords along with some of the other major trusted autograph authentication companies will not allow frauds like this to sell their wares to unexpected collectors and continue to flood the autograph market with there forgeries.
I guess we will have to take the fake reports as there seems to be no way to have them removed without a $2000 fee and a hearing by Ripoff Report. P.A.A.S. and Mike Frost will not stop fighting these crimes and protecting the collectors in the hobby. Thank you for your time and for this rebuttal.
